Includes 3 person teams - Ngamotu Beach

 8:50-9:50am    Transition open for racking.  U12/U13/U14 MUST rack at this time  (optional for U16 & U19) 
 9:45am  Safety Briefing U12/13 athletes (200m/5km/2km)
 10:00am  U12/U13 Boys Start
 10:05am  U12/U13 Girls Start 
 10:10am  U12/U13 Teams Start
 10:45am  Safety Briefing U14 athletes (300m/9.8km/3km)
10:50-11:50am Transition open for racking (final opportunity for U16 & U19)
 11:00am  U14 Boys Start 
 11:05am  U14 Girls Start
 11:10am  U14 Teams Start
 11:45am  Safety Briefing U16 athletes (300m/9.8km/3km)
 12:00pm  U12/U13/U14 transition open to collect gear or reset
 12:00pm  U16 Boys Start
 12:05pm  U16 Girls Start
 12:10pm  U16 Teams Start
 12:45pm  Safety Briefing U19 athletes (600m/14.7km/4km)
 1:00pm  U19 Boys Start
 1:05pm  U19 Girls Start
 1:10pm  U19 Teams Start

T1T2 Relay

4 person team, where each person completes a super short run/transition/bike/transition/run and tags the next person

 2:00-3:00pm   Transition Open for resetting of equipment 
 3:00pm  U12/U13 Start 
 3:20pm  U14 Start
 3:40pm  U16 Start
 4:00pm  U19 Start
   

 

Saturday 30 March

Team Relay Race

4 person team, where each person completes a short triathlon then tags the next person.

 7:00-7:50am Transition open for racking.  All bikes must be racked at this time
 8:00am  Safety Briefing U12/U13/U14 (200m/2.5km/1km)
 8:15am  U12/U13 Tri NZ Champs Teams Start 
 8:16am  U14 Tri NZ Champs Teams Start
 8:20am  All other U12/U13/U14 teams Start
 9:45am  Safety Briefing U16/U19 (200m/5km/1km)
 10:00am  U16 Tri NZ Champs Teams Start
 10:05am  U19 Tri NZ Champs Teams Start
 10:10am  All other U16/U19 teams Start
   

 

12:00pm - Prize Giving all events (Saturday 30 March)
